Abstract:
Intravenous leiomyomatosis is one of unusual uterus benign tumor . In this article, we report a case of intravenous leiomyomatosis discovered postoperatively in a patient initially operated on for suspicion of uterine sarcoma. through this work, we will expose the clinical and radiological signs, the grades of this pathology, as well as the management, the prognosis and the risk factors for recurrence in the event of this rare form of pathology being affected.
