Their clinical and radiological characteristics are those of benign tumors, and only rapid tumor growth can suggest the diagnosis. The basis of their treatment is surgery and radiotherapy, with a good prognosis. This is a case report of a teenager aged 16-years who presented with a mass in her left breast. The diagnosis of a phyllodes sarcoma was retained after assessment and histology. The treatment consisted of a mastectomy and axillary dissection. followed by radiotherapy with a favorable outcome
