Abstract:
Postpartum retroperitoneal hematomas (PRH) are rare but serious obstetric complications. While childbirth is typically a safe process, unpredictable complications like PRH can arise, posing significant challenges in diagnosis and treatment. The aim of this article is to raise awareness about this uncommon complication, improve its management, and thereby reduce risks for patients. By shedding light on this condition, the article seeks to educate healthcare professionals about the importance of vigilance and prompt management of PRH to minimize potentially severe consequences for women's health after childbirth.
