Abstract:
This research analyzes Edgar Allan Poe's poem 'Alone' from a stylistic perspective. It is viewed through phonological, morphological, graphological, and lexico-syntactical levels. The selected poem is suitable for a stylistic analysis because the poet has used many linguistic choices that indicate his dexterity and decorum of style. This analysis helps reveal the structure and the message of the poem.
