Abstract:
A case study of Lyamujungu SACCO was used in the study on employee teamwork and organizational performance in Kabale District. The study discovered a strong correlation between Kabale District organizations' success and employee teamwork. The study collected data using an interview guide and a questionnaire. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data.
