Clinically, the differential diagnosis arises with breast carcinoma, Paget's disease, and galactophoric ectasia. The positive diagnosis is anatomopathological. Treatment is usually surgical. Erosive adenomatosis of the nipple is a very rare condition that should be considered in the presence of any erosion or tumor of the nipple. The prognosis is excellent.
