Locally advanced and metastatic forms remain common in our country due to late diagnosis. Treatment options may be limited, and advanced cases may require more aggressive interventions, such as radical surgery or chemotherapy. Additionally, the prognosis may be less favorable for patients with advanced forms of the disease. We report a retrospective study of 60 cases at the Gynecology and Obstetrics II department of Hassan II University Hospital Center in Fes over a 5-year period from 2018 to 2022. The objective of our work is to focus on therapeutic protocols and prognostic factors to improve life expectancy and quality of life.
