Abstract:
Fallopian tube tumors are the rarest gynecological tumors. The fallopian tube has the same origin as the uterus, peritoneum and ovary. Coming from the Mullerian system. Tumors of the fallopian tube most often develop its distal part. The prognosis for malignancies of the fallopian tube depends on the stage of the disease, the age of the patient, and the quality of surgical resection. Benign tumors of the fallopian tube are also rare: in practice, their diagnosis is histopathological on the surgical specimen and their prognosis better. Tumors of the fallopian tube are very rare in adolescents. Fallopian tube tumors present with a clinical polymorphism, management variable according to age and histological type. We present the case of a tubal serous cystadenoma in teenager.
