BINENE, Y. BELHADJ, S JAYI, FZ FDILI, H HIKMAT, MA MELHOUF Abstract: :Malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) of the breast is a rare tumor pathology. The clinical and radiological aspects do not show specific features compared to other breast carcinomas. The diagnosis can be suggested by cytological examination, but confirmation is always done histologically. Treatment is primarily based on chemotherapy. The prognosis is generally poor. We report a case of primary malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, confirmed by histology. Primary breast lymphoma remains a rare localization with a prognosis no different from other localizations of malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphomas.
