Abstract:
In this article, we examine the use of the VY advancementflap Type ATASOY in the reconstruction of digital pulp, a commonsurgical emergency of the hand. Wepresent a series of 40 cases of pulplosscovered by thisflap. The objective of thisworkis to evaluate the outcomes of pulplossrepairusingthisflap, and to compare themwith the results of otherseries and the outcomesobtained by othercovering techniques. This comparative analysiswillallow us to betterunderstand the effectiveness and relative advantages of the Atasoyflapcompared to available alternatives .
