Abstract:
The research addresses the topic of "Referral Payment for Dispute Resolution in Palestinian Law - An Analytical Study," examining the nature of referral payment for dispute resolution. It defines the concept and conditions of referral payment for dispute resolution, discusses its effects on the fate of disputes referred to the court that initially filed the lawsuit, and the obligations of the referred court in scheduling hearings and notifying absent parties. The research concludes with a discussion on conflicting schedules between the referring court and the referred court. It suggests that Palestinian legislation should follow the Egyptian model in addressing referral payment for dispute resolution and advocates for the addition of a new legal provision in Palestinian law specifying the recipient of such payment
