Abstract:
: In this article, we examine the use of the VY advancement flap Type ATASOY in the reconstruction of digital pulp, a common surgical emergency of the hand. We present a series of 40 cases of pulp loss covered by this flap. The objective of this work is to evaluate the outcomes of pulp loss repair using this flap, and to compare them with the results of other series and the outcomes obtained by other covering techniques. This comparative analysis will allow us to better understand the effectiveness and relative advantages of the Atasoy flap compared to available alternatives.
