Abstract:
: Rhabdomyosarcomas of gynecological location constitute a fairly rare clinical and histological entity, due to their location and their unfavorable prognosis. We reported the case of a 20-year-old patient, operated on 4 years ago for this type of tumor located in the ovary, benefiting from a hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy which recurred. The outcome was very unfavorable with clinical worsening, appearance of enormous masses on imaging and subsequent death of the patient due to occlusion.
