Abstract:
Ethics nowadays has gotten a very vital role in an organizational set-up. Since Organizations aimed at satisfying peoples wants and needs, hence must equally give positive response to their norms and value (Ethics). The most permutable needs of an organizational Managers are to up-lift his Company alongside satisfying customers' needs. This paper as a concept build and has conducted a study on an entrepreneurship organization alongside the SMSEs, their influence toward instituting organizational dress code, taking into cognizance the attitude, belief, norms and culture of the business environment both internal and external. The research alarmed many entrepreneurs that when an organization took a decision to institute dress code in their organization, they must study the external environment so that the appearance of personnel should not abuse the factor believe of those leaving within the business environment. Those people are your customers and your company would only successfully survive when those people are satisfied. It was found that many entrepreneurs that gone strict on dress code without considering the mode of dress that those in the environment belief to as decent, found its difficult to penetrate with their product within such environment, whereas, those entrepreneurs that took measures in understanding their customers norms, value and belief succeeded in paving a way toward having venture free success. Therefore, the study concluded that working toward maintaining, examining and complying with the environmental ethics has a great impact for Organizational survival. Considerable theory was developed toward identifying and creating channels in which dress-code set by a company must comply with the ethics of the environment. This becomes necessary in order to have proper relation with the customers and improve the company's standard in adhering to revenue generation.
