Abstract:
: Rhabdomyosarcomas of gynecological location constitute a fairly rare clinical and histological entity, due to their location and their unfavorable prognosis. We reported the case of a 20-year-old patient, operated on 4 years ago for this type of tumor located in the ovary, and that of a 50-year-old patient, presenting for post-menopausal bleeding. with abdominopelvic mass syndrome and deterioration of general condition in whom paraclinical investigations returned in favor of uterine rhabdomyosarcoma.
