Abstract:
The researchers conducted an in-depth stylistic analysis of "Rocky Horror Picture Show" by Richard O'Brien. The focus of the study was on language comprehension, specifically understanding the synopsis of the theater play. The researchers examined various aspects including the storyline, musicality, production, characters, and overall appeal to assess the play's language comprehension based on stylistic guidelines. Additionally, the study delved into the play's allegorical elements, such as gender and social issues, as well as its novelty. In conclusion, "Rocky Horror" is a celebration of freedom, allowing individuals to freely attend and dress up as they desire, enabling self-expression. Nevertheless, it is important to acknowledge that some countries impose greater authoritarianism in daily life and hold more restrictive views. Thus, it is crucial for us to offer support to those in these countries, enabling them to achieve mental freedom and embrace their authentic selves.
