Abstract:
After being sowed the varieties of soybean "Orzu" and "Selekta-302" in the I, II and III quarters of April, the State Variety Testing methodology determined the periods of growth and development of field crops and field growing of soybean varieties to determine transitional properties of developmental phase in order to study the properties of the growth and development of soybean varieties on the soil of the Aral sea, also to determine the height of the stem. The amount of protein and oil contained in the seed of soy varieties was determined by the Granolyser device produced in Germany at the laboratory of the Department of Selection of Agricultural Crops, Breeding, and Cultivation of Medicinal Plants of Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology. We put napkins into the special boxes and placed 100 pieces of soybean seed in it to determine the laboratorial inter-growth and put the napkin on it again and after being slightly moistened, it was put on the thermostat, the temperature inside the thermostat was reached 230 C, the intergrowth ability of the soybean seed was found 91% in the variety "Orzu", 99% in the variety "Selekta-302", and the result showed that the inter-growth ability of Selekta-302 was higher than Orzu. The variety property was not since the same condition was created for the variety. Soil samples taken from the experiment field were obtained based on the generally accepted methods of performing agrochemical tests to determine the level of salinity of the soil before sowing. The result depicted that the height of the soybean varieties and the dynamic of the growth was related to the biological properties and external factors, also its height is considered one of the main indicators of the plant, and sowing dates affected to the growth and development of soybean varieties at a marked level. In salty soil, it lead to a decrease in the vegetative period to a marked level. When the weather was dry and hot, the fertility of the variety "Selekta-302" planted on April 20, was 37.7 centner, and it was determined that this option was optimal.
