Abstract:
This study employed a descriptive methodology to design a project specifically tailored for TVE ICT/IA Junior High School Teachers at Balagtas National Agricultural High School. The project's primary aim was to enable effective implementation aligned with target competency and COT indicators for the academic year 2023 - 2024. Through pedagogical leadership, the program sought to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in the teaching and learning process. An online scheduling system was implemented for every teacher on a quarterly basis to ensure easy access, assisting teachers, master teachers, head teachers, and the school principal in tracking classroom observation schedules. The project plan included various activities such as LAC sessions, coaching, and mentorship opportunities to foster a growth mindset among teachers and promote innovation. It also recognized the need for diverse teaching strategies to address various learner needs. In conclusion, the pedagogical leadership project at Balagtas National Agricultural High School successfully addressed the challenges posed by classroom observation indicators and fostered a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
