Abstract:
The primary goal of this project was to share the learning and insights acquired by the proponent through attending the CPD training. Employing a descriptive type methodology, the project targeted teachers in the ICT/IA department, where the proponent was part of the mentor group. The project planned to conduct a Learning Action Cell (LAC) session primarily focused on the current classroom observation tool for the school year 2023 - 2024. The LAC session was conducted in the first quarter of the school year, prior to the classroom observation schedule. In addition to covering class observation indicators, the LAC session addressed the design of instructional materials needed for teaching. By equipping teachers with the necessary tools and support, the project aimed to elevate the quality of education delivered within the institution and empower students to thrive academically and beyond. While the journey towards effective teaching is ongoing, the project's dedication, collaboration, and commitment to excellence aimed to make significant strides towards educational equity and excellence for all students.
