Abstract:
The study was carried out Performance appraisal and organizational performance in Kigezi Region Case study Uganda College of Commerce Kabale. The study found out that performance appraisal contributes significantly to organizational performance. Data was collected using a questionnaire and the interview guide and was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods.
