Abstract:
Learning Differentiation is learning that provides flexibility and capability accommodate the needs of students to increase their potential accordingly with different learning readiness, interests and learning profiles of students . Diversity of services from a review of differences in student characteristics called learning differentiation. Students come to His school has various kinds of differences both in terms of abilities, experiences, talents, interests, language, culture, ways of learning, and there are many other differences. Freedom to learn can be said to be autonomy in the field of education. Educational autonomy policies began to be revived back in this era. Freeing educational units, freeing teachers, liberating students can lead to the emergence of innovations new. Students can learn independently and creatively, so that all Indonesian students from various ethnicities and cultures can have their own different ways of learning.
