The findings demonstrate that the deployment of improvement practices within the TQM framework has a favorable and statistically significant effect on organizational performance, supporting previous research. The study also highlights the importance of a customer-oriented strategy, top management commitment, and employee participation in the successful implementation of TQM. Based on the research findings, the study provides recommendations for the Federal Cooperative Commission to promote TQM adoption among cooperatives, including encouraging continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing the role of the Commission in helping cooperatives establish a strong customer-focused strategy, ensuring top management commitment and involvement, and encouraging employee participation in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and decision-making within the TQM programs.
