Abstract:
This article deals with the implementation of a computer system for the evaluation of teachers by learners in the university context. The main aim is to improve feedback mechanisms to improve the quality of teaching within academic institutions. Our study seeks to demonstrate how computer systems can facilitate the collection of data on teachers' performance and skills, offer more accurate and structured feedback to teachers, and enable institutions in general and teachers in particular to adjust pedagogical learning methods based on the feedback received. By integrating digital tools, this study seeks to demonstrate how new technologies can enrich the assessment process, make feedback more relevant, build trust and facilitate better communication between students and teachers.
