Abstract:
This comprehensive review examines the concept of Participatory Stewardship, a hybrid leadership approach that combines the strengths of Democratic, Authoritarian, and Laissez-faire styles. By analyzing the key components of Participatory Stewardship, including employee participation and empowerment, clear direction and decisiveness, autonomy and flexibility, and accountability and support, this study demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach in fostering a positive and productive work environment. The benefits of Participatory Stewardship, including improved employee engagement, motivation, and job satisfaction, are discussed in detail. Recommendations for implementation and future research directions are also provided.
