The general objective of the study was to establish the impact of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers among the Chosen Church of Christ, Namungalwe Sub-county, Iganga district -Eastern Uganda. The specific objectives of the study were: (i) To assess the relationship between the Holy Spirit and Christian faith: (ii) To assess the relationship between the Holy Spirit and Christian witnessing; (iii) To establish the relationship between the Holy Spirit and Speaking mysteries to God; (iv) To assess the relationship between the Holy Spirit and Supernatural gifts; (v) The researcher used correlation research design to carryout research. The researcher used stratified sampling and purposive sampling technique during the study. A sample of 65 respondents was picked out of the population of 79 Christians. It was realized that respondents were knowledgeable about the Holy Spirit and Christian Faith. The Holy Spirit had made Christians' faith aware of the gift of the Holy Spirit and their faith was guided by Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit empowered Christians to teach the word of God, speaking in tongues, and endowed Christians with Supernatural gifts which included the gift of knowledge, the gift of miracles, discernment and prophecy. It is therefore recommended that Christian faith should be taught further to Christians in the church program, teach Christians to witness and teach Christians the role of the Holy Spirit and Speaking mysteries to God
