Abstract:
Change Management represents a variety of strategies aimed at facilitating change in many organizations. There are also multiple models that organizations in this area can benefit from. Some of these models are hierarchical, while others are characterized by greater employee participation in decision-making. There are also models based on an external approach in strategic management, where an external consultant intervenes and conducts training to achieve successful results in change. What all these models have in common is that they are aimed at effectively managing change. In the light of the rapid changes that modern organizations are experiencing, this topic becomes of great importance. In some cultures, especially Western, change is considered A symbol of modernity and progress. This idea is deeply rooted in western culture, where new frontiers and creativity are considered key elements in the development of modern times. However, although the ability to change may be necessary for survival, it is also a difficult challenge to manage. This is especially true for individuals who feel uncomfortable with the uncertainty and unpredictability of changes.
