Abstract:
This study explores the procedures of payroll in V K Enterprises, located in K.R Puram, Bangalore. Payroll management is a critical function for any organization, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. The study examines the payroll process at V K Enterprises, aiming to understand its efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The research methodology involves a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Interviews with payroll administrators and employees will provide insights into the current payroll practices and any challenges faced. Additionally, a survey will be conducted among employees to gather feedback on their satisfaction with the payroll process.
