Abstract:
While the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreement provides an opportunity to gain greater market access through one of the familiar key tools, the elimination of tariffs on imports between member countries, such inherent commitments to market opening in the field of goods, services, investment and harmonization of rules of origin among all parties as well as strengthen trade facilitation measures will create opportunities to develop new supply chains in the region and open up new entrances for Vietnamese products.
