Abstract:
The snowball throwing learning model is a learning model that is widely used in research. The snowball throwing learning model has attracted the attention of education experts to help students improve learning achievement, increase creativity, increase focus and can improve students' critical thinking patterns. Snowball throwing learning is a hyper-active learning model played throughout by students. This research uses experimental research. The research design that will be used is quasi-experimental. The pattern used in this research is non-equivalent control group. Non-equivalent control group pattern, the grouping of sample members into the experimental group and the control group is not carried out randomly. This research used two study groups, namely experimental and control. Based on discussion, analysis and hypothesis testing, the average difference in student scores in class VA is 35.11 and class VB is 17.60. Hypothesis testing shows that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, because the tcount value is 3.918 and ttable is 1.673. This means that (3.918 1.673) Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the relative effectiveness test get a value of 66%, this value is included in the category of high level of treatment effectiveness. The results of the analysis in this research show that there is an influence of learning using the snowball throwing learning model on student learning outcomes for theme 7 subtheme 3 class IV at SDN Sanenrejo 2 Jember
