Abstract:
: Paget's disease of the breast is a rare condition , it is an intra-epidermal adenocarcinoma of the nipple-areola region. All persistant unilateral nipple lesion should be viewed with suspicion and paget disease nipple should be considerered. In our patient, the clinical presentation was an erythematosquamous plaque without palpable nodule, breast imaging showed echogenic retro-areolar dilation of 3 mm which was biopsied revealing fibrocystic mastopathy. A pamectomy was performed, the pathological examination confirmed Paget's disease with the presence of high-grade carcinoma in situ , the decision was an adjuvant radiotherapy .
