Abstract:
This article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of selecting children for sports training and directing them toward various types of sports. It scientifically analyzes children's hereditary characteristics, levels of physical and psychological development, the requirements of different sports, and the methods for evaluating these factors. The stages of selection, methodological approaches, and the importance of pedagogical and medical supervision in children's sports are also discussed.
