Abstract:
Consulting businesses in Rivers State were the focus of this research, which sought to understand how AI has affected organizational resilience. The research team in Rivers State is hoping to learn how AI has affected the resilience of consulting companies there. Machine learning, data analytics, and robots stood in for artificial intelligence as the predictor variable, and situation awareness and adaptive ability as the criteria variables, to assess organizational resilience. As a foundational framework, the study relied on Sociotechnical Systems Theory (STS). The study used a survey research approach because it investigates the opinions of many individuals and draws conclusions from those opinions. Primary data used in the research came from questionnaires that were sent out. With the help of SPSS version 25.0, the ordinary least square analysis approach was used to examine the hypotheses. The outcome demonstrated that AI has had a significant and beneficial effect on the resilience of organizations. The study concluded that consulting firms should invest in establishing strong machine learning infrastructures and training employees to make good use of data analytics tools because AI has a major influence on organizational resilience. This will help businesses prepare for disruptions, spot trends in the market, and make better strategic decisions. Businesses should also incorporate robots into their daily operations to boost productivity, cut down on mistakes, and keep services running even when problems arise. Making sure that operations don't halt in the event of a shock is a huge step toward building resilience in an organization.
