Abstract:
We report three cases of index finger trauma treated with Chase transmetacarpal amputation. All patients (ages 20, 40, and 56) underwent surgery after unsuccessful reimplantation. The Chase technique allowed good functional and aesthetic outcomes, with excellent recovery and return to work. Rehabilitation played a key role in restoring mobility, grip strength, and hand function.
