Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to examine the connection between visual aids and the resilience of Rivers State's telecommunications companies. This research aims to examine the connection between visual aids and the resilience of Rivers State's telecommunications companies. Situational awareness and adaptive ability were used to quantify organizational resilience, whereas visual assistance served as the predictor variable. Situational Awareness Theory served as the study's foundational framework. The study used a survey research approach because it investigates the opinions of many individuals and draws conclusions from those opinions. Primary data used in the research came from questionnaires that were sent out. With the help of SPSS version 25.0, the ordinary least square analysis approach was used to examine the hypotheses. The findings showed that visual aids had a favorable and statistically significant effect on the organizational resilience of Rivers State's telecom companies. The study concluded that there is a strong correlation between visual aids and organizational resilience, and it suggested that telecom companies should implement scalable visual aid technologies like AI-powered network monitoring, predictive maintenance systems, and customer service automation. The companies' capacity to foresee interruptions in service, optimize operations, and fortify organizational resilience will all be bolstered by these technologies. Infrastructure diagnostics, issue detection, and customer interaction platforms are just a few examples of everyday operational procedures that might benefit from visual aid technologies. By facilitating decision-making in real-time and decreasing service downtime amid unforeseen obstacles, this will improve situation awareness.
