Abstract:
In this research entitled: (Islamic Faith and its Role in Achieving Community Security and Enhancing Citizenship), the two researchers investigated the concept of Islamic belief and its role in achieving community security and enhancing citizenship And based on the meaning that security is a divine obligation, a legal duty, and one of the necessities of the uprightness of human development. One of the research objectives was to highlight the role of faith in achieving societal security. As well as standing on the concept of citizenship and its practice on the ground, as well as clarifying the meanings and connotations of security that unique value through its behavioral practice derived from the divine revelation. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach through the methods of induction and deduction to reach its goals. Among the most important findings of the research is that the creed is the faithful rule that governs behavior and directs behavior.The extent of its discipline and precision depends on all the words or movements that come from the soul. And that security on this basis represents an urgent human need that distinguishes man from other creatures. And that security came in the Qur'an from the dependencies of sustenance without which there is no survival for man, and from the results they reached. The relationship of the concept of security in Islam with the objectives of Islamic law: (the five necessities of man represented in preserving: religion, soul, mind, offspring, money) because it represents one of the purposes of Islamic law. And that the concept of societal security in Islam includes everything material and moral, so it is a right for everyone, individuals and groups, Muslims and non-Muslims.
