Abstract:
Inclusive learning has emerged as a vital educational paradigm that ensures equitable access to quality education for all learners, regardless of their abilities, backgrounds, or learning needs. This paper explores inclusive teaching strategies that enhance student engagement, participation, and academic achievement in diverse classrooms. Drawing on recent studies and classroom practices, the discussion highlights strategies such as differentiated instruction, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), peer buddy systems, and collaborative learning. The findings suggest that inclusive teaching not only benefits students with special needs but also enriches learning for all, fostering empathy, collaboration, and critical thinking.
