Abstract:
Outcome-Based Education (OBE) has become a central paradigm in higher education reform, emphasizing measurable learning outcomes and graduate competencies. This study aims to analyze the relationship between OBE-based curriculum management and the effectiveness of technology-enhanced foreign language learning at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from 85 respondents (15 lecturers and 70 students) using validated questionnaires (? = 0.87 and ? = 0.89). Descriptive results showed that the mean score for OBE curriculum management was 4.21 (High), while the effectiveness of technology-based foreign language learning was 4.09 (Good). Inferential analysis revealed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.61; p = 0.000), indicating that effective curriculum management contributes substantially to learning success. The regression model Y = 1.227 + 0.683X yielded Rē = 0.372, suggesting that 37.2% of the variance in learning effectiveness is explained by OBE curriculum management. These findings highlight that integrated curriculum management plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of digital-based language instruction in Islamic higher education.
