Abstract:
This study examines the impact of employee pre-death management strategies on organizational sustainability, emphasizing their significance in fostering long-term growth and resilience. Focusing on components such as employee life assurance, employee assistance programs (EAPs), and succession planning, the research examines how these strategies influence economic, environmental, and social sustainability within organizations. Anchored in theoretical frameworks including human capital theory, resilience theory, and stakeholder theory, the study highlights the role of organizational culture as a mediating factor in effective implementation. The findings suggest that comprehensive pre-death management practices not only support employee well-being and organizational continuity but also enhance organizational reputation and stakeholder trust. These insights underscore the importance for organizations to integrate such strategies into their broader sustainability initiatives to ensure enduring success in a dynamic and competitive environment.
