Abstract:
Curriculum evaluation plays a highly significant role in the field of education. Through curriculum evaluation, the progress of teachers' instructional effectiveness can be measured, student achievement can be monitored more accurately, and curriculum developers can utilize the evaluation results to make future improvements. Evaluation is part of the management system, which includes planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Likewise, the curriculum is designed through stages of planning, organizing, implementation, and finally monitoring and evaluation. Without evaluation, it would be impossible to understand the condition of the curriculum in terms of its design, implementation, and outcomes. This study uses a literature review method by examining various references related to the implementation and development of curriculum evaluation in education. Curriculum evaluation is carried out based on specific objectives so that the evaluation process is well-directed and on target.
