Abstract:
This study examines the theoretical and practical analysis, construction, and behavior of a mechanical ball and balance device, known in the scientific community and employing various control methods to maintain a stable system in balance. Furthermore, the PID control method and the project's innovations are explained in practical terms. Information is provided on the materials used in the system's design, construction, and methods of use. For system control, the PID control system was simulated in Matlab, and the results generated by the system are presented. Furthermore, the results were also implemented using the data generated from these results and the physical design of the designed system.
