Abstract:
Uterine rupture after myomectomy is rare but potentially serious. Uterine rupture may occur before the onset of labour or during labour and is life-threatening for both mother and foetus. We report a case of uterine rupture at 30 weeks' gestation in a 38-year-old primiparous woman with a history of laparoscopic myomectomy.
