Abstract:
: Avulsions of the anterior inferior iliac spine are uncommon injuries, occurring primarily in children and adolescents. T :hese injuries usually take place in the context of sports activities. Clinically, they present as sudden and intense mechanical-type pain localized to the hip. The diagnosis is based on radiological examinations , we report a case of an avulsion of the anterior inferiorr iliac spine. And we discuss the diagnosis and functional prognosis in the light of the literature
