Abstract:
:Brown bone tumors are benign osteoclastic lesions that may be revealed through fractures occurring on pathological bone. Their diagnosis is based on a combination of clinical and paraclinical findings, with confirmation provided by anatomical and pathological examination. Management requires a multidisciplinary medical and surgical team, with surgery playing a crucial role. Trauma surgeons focus on stabilizing the musculoskeletal system, while ENT surgeons handle the etiological treatment by excising the parathyroid nodule in cases of primary hyperparathyroidism
