Abstract:
: The association of Parkinson's disease and pregnancy is very rare, with about thirty cases listed in the literature. We report the case of a pregnancy in a 39-year-old patient with early-onset Parkinson's disease. During this pregnancy treated with levodopa at the beginning of the pregnancy, the treatment was voluntarily stopped by the patient and marked by the worsening of symptoms. On the other hand, the pregnancy progressed without complications until term in the maternity department of HASSAN II hospital in Fez, until her delivery.
