Abstract:
Sports training is mainly based on the training of athletes for various exercises, whether physical, skill or psychological, which are performed by trainers, experts and specialists according to a structured and scientifically planned scientific training for the access of players to adaptation, which is reflected in the achievement of the best achievements during participation in sports tournaments and competitions, whether local or international. Basketball is one of the most important team sports practiced. The research aims to identify the impact of physical exercises Skilled (complex) in the development of (passing skill, chopping and shooting), The researcher used the experimental approach to design the two equal groups. The research sample was for Diwaniyah youth players at the ages of (16, 18) years. The sample was divided into two groups, each group (10) players. Strength is one of the important physical qualities for basketball players because it is closely related to the rest of the other physical qualities. Strength is of great importance in shooting, as the development and development of muscle groups through training gives the player a better impact and less effort when shooting from different areas. Hence, the importance of the research, which includes identifying the true potential of young players in the variables of the study and developing their necessary abilities through Preparing skilled physical exercises that provide players, coaches and game specialists with data on the training aspect to invest time and effort to reach training young people in the best possible way to achieve achievement. Through field observation and continuous follow-up in the game , the researcher noted the lack of giving special exercises within the training curriculum and the daily training unit with the aim of acquiring and developing (the skill of passing, chopping and shooting) in the training curriculum, but most of their focus is on improving special skill performance.
