Abstract:
This review paper examines strategies for enhancing patient enrollment and revenue growth in community health programs. Community health programs are critical in addressing healthcare disparities and improving public health outcomes. However, they face limited funding, outreach effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Through an analysis of current trends and challenges in patient enrollment and financial sustainability, this paper identifies key strategies, including effective outreach and engagement, accessibility improvements through extended hours and telehealth, diversified funding sources, optimized billing practices, cost management strategies, and adoption of value-based care models. Practical recommendations are provided for program administrators to implement these strategies effectively. Future research directions include exploring the long-term impacts of outreach programs, innovative funding models, and technology integration in healthcare delivery. Emphasizing these strategies can enhance the capacity of community health programs to deliver accessible and high-quality healthcare services to diverse populations.
