Abstract:
We report a case of dermoid cyst in a 36-year-old nulliparous patient who presented for one year with menstrual cycle disorders. The diagnosis was suspected by pelvic ultrasound and MRI and confirmed by anatomopathological study with absence of histological signs of malignancy.
