Abstract:
Klippel-Feil Syndrome (KFS) is a rare congenital disorder characterized by the fusion of cervical vertebrae, leading to a classic triad of a short neck, low posterior hairline, and limited neck mobility. This case report details a prenatal diagnosis of KFS in a 38-year-old woman presenting with severe hydramnios and fetal anomalies. A literature review is included to contextualize the clinical findings and discuss associated anomalies, diagnostic approaches, and management strategies.
