Abstract:
In the era of Industry 4.0, control systems have become increasingly complex and integrated. To produce graduates capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining robust control systems, theoretical learning alone is insufficient. Practical modules with plant modules that are representative of real-world industrial processes provide an effective solution. This module employs an Arduino UNO microcontroller to control a Dynamixel AX-18A servo motor. It is designed to control the speed and angular position of the servo motor with high precision. The proportional (Kp) control system is implemented in the design of this module. This not only enhances conceptual understanding but also develops programming and problem-solving skills that are highly demanded in the automation industry.
