Digital transformation has revolutionized supply chain management in Nigeria, offering numerous opportunities for growth and improvement. Nigerian businesses can leverage digital transformation to automate tasks, reduce errors, and optimize resources, leading to increased efficiency, lower costs, and improved profitability. Digital transformation also enables businesses to provide personalized experiences, real-time updates, and convenient services, leading to increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Moreover, digital transformation fosters seamless collaboration across supply chain ecosystems, providing real-time visibility into supply chain operations. This enables businesses to track goods, monitor inventory, and optimize logistics.
